NPDF’s general policy is to not sue individual land owners or applicators but rather to use legal strategies to influence federal policies that regulate pesticide applications. Because the law governing pesticide use—the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)—does not permit individuals to sue US EPA for damages, NPDF does not anticipate significant monetary recoveries from the legal actions we instigate. This is why your generous donation is crucial to the effectiveness of this effort.

What is the NPDF?

The National Pollinator Defense Fund (NPDF) is a new legal defense organization conceived by the American Honey Producers Association (AHPA). The NPDF provides support to beekeepers and pollinators by ensuring enforcement of pesticide laws and regulations and providing guidance and tools to defend pollinators. We also provide legal support to beekeepers in select cases, and work to raise awareness about potential adverse impacts of pesticides on pollinators important to the supply of food.

Your contribution will help NPDF protect vulnerable pollinators. Thank you for your essential donation to this nonprofit organization.
